Terry Brantly has been with the NJ Probation Services Division for over 15 years and is currently an Intensive Surpervision Program Officer. At Urban Exchange, Terry oversees all community outreach including final approval of all selected families. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Terry and husband Frank have two children; Jack and Luke.
Lucy Imperatore is owner and proprietor of two local Midland Park enterprises including Kames Boutique and The Hiding Place. Active in community charity work for the past 20 years, Lucy is responsible for Inventory and Warehose Operations at Urban Exchange. A Vermont College graduate in Expressive Art therapy and a Columbia University Certified Holistic Health Counselor, Lucy and husband John have five children; Kaitlin,Andrew,Meagan,Luke, and Jack
Alison Slingland is a former Executive of Merck-Medco. With over 20 years experience heading up Account Management Operations and Administration, Alison is responsible for Administrative Operations at Urban Exchange. A graduate of Gettysburg College, Alison and husband George have two children; Jack and Niki.
Kymm Zak, an Educational Consultant and Child Advocate, has a knowledge of the needs of inner city families and the organizations that provide them support. In addition to identifying those in need of Urban Exchange's assistance, Kim's role is to develop volunteer programs for individuals and groups who want to participate. A Graphic Design graduate of the School of Visual Arts and a certified Early Childhood Educator she always has her husband Bob and sons Brad, Austin and Reed wondering what project will be next.
Jack Slingland and Andrew Imperatore are High School Juniors. Active in Varsity Football, Lacrosse and Track, Jack and Andrew are responsible for coordinating all Urban Exchange door to door deliveries. As members of the locally famous Coolidgeball, a teen managed and run basketball league, Jack and Andrew tap into other student-athlete resources to move goods.
